Our Story

Built in Brooklyn. Working Here Since 1999.

South Asia Construction Co. has served property owners since 1999, and our Brooklyn location sits in Kensington at 445 E 5th St. The work has changed from one property to the next over the years. The fundamentals have not: understand the problem, recommend the right work, communicate clearly and finish the job properly. Today, our core work is concrete, roofing and painting for residential and commercial properties. That can mean repairing deteriorated concrete around a Brooklyn home, working on an aging flat roof, refreshing an exterior or improving an interior space. Brooklyn properties come with their own challenges. Brownstones, row houses, attached buildings, small work areas and older construction all need careful planning before work begins. Our goal is simple: give property owners a reliable local point of contact for the work their buildings need. We don’t cut corners. We build them.
Local Experience

A Contractor That Knows Brooklyn Properties

Working in Brooklyn is different from working in a suburban development with wide driveways and open job sites.

Many properties here have shared walls, narrow access points, small front yards, aging masonry, concrete sidewalks, stoops and flat roofing systems. Planning the work properly matters just as much as doing it.

Our base in Kensington keeps us close to the neighborhoods we serve, including Flatbush, Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, Borough Park, Bay Ridge and the surrounding Brooklyn communities.

Whether the project involves concrete, roofing or painting, South Asia Construction Co. starts by looking at the property itself instead of assuming every building needs the same fix.
